Program information must reach Karen Ray by noon on Sunday, April 2nd . Performance times may be altered for reasons deemed necessary by the Contest Manager. Each school shall pay a $550 one-act play fee. This fee must be presented at the Director’s Meeting, Thursday, April 6th , (prior to performance). No fee for individual participants is required. Schools should make checks payable to: Texas Tech – UIL. An awards ceremony held in the theatre follows the final performance. The critic judge provides commentary following the awards ceremony in the Auditorium. The UIL approved “unit set” is available for all entrants’ utilization. No window or door units are available. Homerooms are available 8:00 a.m. the day of performance. Each room will have a maximum of 20 chairs. Specific equipment (mirrors, etc.) is the responsibility of each school.
