Buffet tables may be provided by Amish Acres but dining tables and chairs must be provided by reception site. Beverage selections Lemonade, Iced Tea, Fruit Punch, Coffee A 7% tax and 7% catering fee will be added to the invoice. Buffet Service: All events are served buffet-style 2. Cancellations: 30 days prior to the event date will allow for a refund minus a $20 administration fee. Cancellations within 30 days will forfeit deposit. 3. Dress Code: Amish Acres professional caterers will dress in casual black pants and white shirts or Khaki pants and black shirts. 4. Final Count: Your final number of guests (final count) attending MUST be confirmed seven (7) days or more in advance of your event. 5. Property: Amish Acres will not leave any of our personal property after any event is completed. 6. Pricing: All menu prices are subject to change. The price will be based on your FINAL COUNT. 7. Payment: A $200 deposit is due with a signed contract to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due the day before your event. 8.
