Nothing Hits the Ground

“Nothing Hits the Ground” is an initiative the Turner CT Safety Team
developed to address and mitigate loss attributable primarily to slips/trips/falls
and material handling. These types of losses usually result in strains/sprains,
fractures, etc and are among the leading loss factors in our industry and
certainly are the most prolific in occurrence. The program places a strong
focus on material handling and fabrication techniques, along with emphasis on
housekeeping and even the “E” word….ergonomics.
The Safety Committee will meet immediately after the Roundtable.
