The Kite Unit is a neuropsychiatric service providing rehabilitation to individuals with a brain injury whose impairments are largely in the cognitive, behavioural or mental health spectrum. Key contact details Description of Service We provide multidisciplinary care pathways to facilitate rehabilitation, assessment, treatment and disability management for people often requiring slow stream rehabilitation that may not be available from other services. We offer a comprehensive range of services that include: Assessment, Treatment, Rehabilitation interventions, and The development of coping strategies to aid Disability management. Other areas of interest and related experience available Resources available in the community: Locksway Allotment, Headway, The Learning Place , Omega Centre, Social Service and other link in area where patients are discharge including Private provider.
