We are currently recruiting team players to support our Retail Merchandise Team
during busy event days
Hours of Work: Seasonal contract / flexible hours on event weekends (Friday –
Sunday)
Hourly rate: £7.20 /£7.50 (Age dependent)
Job Purpose:
To serve customers in a professional manner, providing an excellent and efficient
service, exceeding customer expectations by delivering service and product knowledge
with a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To actively serve and engage with our customers when serving them and make them
feel valued when choosing our merchandise.
2. To maintain a positive, can do attitude at all times, working at your best in a fast
paced, high pressure environment.
3. To work effectively both independently and within a team, ensuring you play a key
part in supporting your supervisor/manager during the event.
4. To maintain the appearance of all customer facing areas, ensuring products are wellpresented: taking pride in ensuring our retail offering is visually impacting and attractive,
replenishing stock as and when required.
5. Using initiative- taking ownership of tasks to ensure the back office is organised and
making effective use of time.
6. To operate the till system carrying out strict cash handling procedures.
7. To carry out any relevant duties as requested by the retail supervisor/manager.
8. To go the extra mile in delivering professional, consistent and excellent levels of
customer service by sharing product knowledge of other sales avenues the circuit has to
offer.
Knowledge and Skills:






Experience in customer service and face to face environments
Willing and capable to work both in teams and independently
Enthusiastic, Flexible and open minded, and keen to learn
Able to work under pressure during fast paced events
Passionate about delivering service with a smile
Takes pride in their appearance
