We invite you to our annual classic transport show held at The Gwili Steam Railway Carmarthen, on Sunday the
22nd of July. The show is situated on the A484 Carmarthen - Cardigan road, just 3 miles north of Carmarthen, in
the village of Cwmdwyfran. Sat-nav users postcode SA33 6JE. All exhibitors must be on the field by 10.00am.

1. I understand that my property will be brought to the show entirely at my own risk.
2. I confirm that my entry will have a minimum of 3rd party insurance cover.
3. The Gwili Railway, or the Organisers will accept NO liability for any damage howsoever caused
to any vehicle or property whilst on the showground or in transit.
4. No stereo systems are to be used on the show ground.
5. The organisers reserve the right to refuse a show pass to entries which do not fit the theme of the
event.
6. Late entries on the day may be charged the full admission price.
7. Your pass will allow FREE vehicle entry and two persons.
