30 September 2013 for sale and distribution
by any persons
(b)
30 November 2013 for the disposal, storage
and use of existing stocks by any persons
The expiry dates of the authorisations for the plant protection products listed in the
Withdrawal Table have been amended to the above dates.
ALL OTHER CONDITIONS OF AUTHORISATION REMAIN UNCHANGED

This Amendment is signed by the Health and Safety Executive (‘HSE’) for and on
behalf of the Secretary of State, the Welsh Ministers, the Scottish Ministers and the
Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in Northern Ireland.
EXPLANATORY NOTES
1. This Correction Notice has been issued to add two products to the Withdrawal
Table above. These products are ‘Amuse’ M14379 and ‘Bug Free Extra’
M13556.
2. This Notice has been issued following Commission Implementing Regulation
(EU) No 485/2013, amending Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011 to
withdraw all amateur uses of clothianidin, imidacloprid and thiamethoxam.
Following this decision, by 30 September 2013 all amateur use plant protection
products containing these actives must be withdrawn, with a period of grace until
30 November 2013 for storage, disposal and use.
3. Expiry dates are subject to further decisions which may be made by Ministers.

Directorate of the HSE.
