Concert Line-Up
7:00 – 5th Grade Band (students from all 6 elementary schools)
7:30 – 8:30 – Middle School Bands
8:30 – High School Band
IMPORTANT DETAILS

Student attendance at this performance is NOT required. However, I hope as many students as
possible can take advantage of the opportunity to perform on stage at the Washington Pavilion Great
Hall. This is an awesome performance venue!

This event is a fundraiser for the Harrisburg Band Boosters organization. Because it is a fundraiser,
audience members will be required to purchase admission tickets.
o Ticket prices are:
 ADULT: $10
 STUDENTS (K-5): $5
 CHILDREN UNDER 5: FREE
 Performing students are admitted free.
o Tickets can be purchased online on our band web site at www.events.harrisburgband.org, or
they can be purchased at the door. Please consider purchasing your tickets online as this will
make the evening go a bit more smoothly. Ticket purchases help support the Band Boosters
organization.

Students who are attending this performance should arrive at the Washington Pavilion by 6:40 PM that
evening and should meet their directors in the Schulte Room. There will be signs posted directing
everyone to the correct spot.

This is a fairly “formal” performance so students should dress nicely.

The 5th grade band performs from 7:00-7:30 PM. Once our performance is over, the students and their
families can leave or may stay for the MS and HS portions of the concert. If you are planning to leave
immediately after the 5th grade performance, parents should meet their student(s) back at the Schulte
Room immediately after the performance

If your family will be staying for the remainder of the performances the students will be seated in the
mezzanine level (balcony) and parents can meet them in the 2 nd floor lobby after the event.
o PLEASE PLAN AHEAD SO YOUR STUDENT KNOWS WHETHER YOU WILL BE STAYING OR LEAVING!

Baritone and tuba players will need to bring your HOME instrument with you to this performance. Be
sure to take it back home with you after the performance.
