To support the growth efforts of our Nomawood activities, we are looking for a
Sales Manager
(w/m)
The candidate will be directly responsible to further develop our market position in the field of innovative
synthetic profiles for applications like window shutters, fences and spa profiles. He will also be in support
of our European Sales Manager Decking in case of local demands.
Territory: Europe, with first focus on Western European countries
He reports directly to the General Manager Nomawood.
Main tasks:
 Visit and motivate new clients for Nomawood (OEM, importers and installers) and develop strong
relationships with them;
 Achieve maximum new business in the assigned territories and market fields;
 Allocate time and make sales calls toward target customers and new account development;
 Establish and follow-up sales and marketing budgets;
 Monitor competitive activities;
 Continually learn new product knowledge and acquire better selling skills;
 Other assignments by the management.
Profile:
 Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration;
 Ideally a first proven working experience in a sales function;
 Fluent in English, German and preferably also in French;
 Excellent presentation, motivation, and persuasion skills;
 Available for intensive travelling (>50% of time) throughout Europe - cultural sensitivity ;
 Hands-on, able to make decisions and solve problems;
 Open minded, flexible and enthusiastic.
