As the Trustee of the above superannuation fund (‘the Fund’), we are pleased to certify that:
1. The Fund is a Resident Regulated Superannuation Fund under the SIS Act.
2. The Trustee of the Fund has no reason to believe that the Fund will not comply with the SIS Act and Regulations.
3. As at this date, the Fund is not subject to any direction under Section 63 of the SIS Act.
4. We accept all types of contributions, rollovers or transfers allowed by legislation including:
–– personal contributions
–– spouse contributions
–– government co-contributions
–– employer compulsory contributions (Superannuation Guarantee)
–– additional regular employer contributions (including Award)
–– salary sacrifice (before tax) contributions
