THE GOVERNMENT OF THE CAYMAN ISLANDS INVITES BIDDERS TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS FOR THE PROVISION OF NIST CYBERSECURITY FRAMEWORK IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT FOR THE PUBLIC SECTOR: # CIG-CAB-EGOV-2016-001 Project Scope: On Behalf of the Cayman Islands Government (CIG), the Cabinet Office invites qualified service providers to submit proposals in response to Request for Proposals # CIG-CAB-EGOV-2016-001. The successful proponent will be expected to provide a range of services to assist CIG entities with the implementation of the National Institute of Science (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework (CSF). Description of Services: The Cayman Islands Government (CIG) is currently undertaking a programme to enhance its cybersecurity including the adoption of the NIST CSF as the standard framework for the public sector and in summary is seeking a provider to: Develop a project plan for the implementation across the Cayman Islands public sector; Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current compliance with the NIST CSF; Lead the development of the action plan to compliance with the NIST CSF; It is seeking to enter into a contract with a qualified and experienced cybersecurity consulting service provider to provide the above services as further detailed in the RFP. The successful proponent will be required to provide the CIG with a range of services as well as project planning, risk management assessment and change management.
