INSTRUCTIONS TO UPLOAD AUDIO FILES FROM YOUR VOICE RECORDER : 1. Please record sessions only in MP3 format. There are settings that you can adjust on the recorder if your client is particularly quiet. These instructions can be found in the recorder manual. 2. Create a folder on your computer to store your audio files. 3. Transfer your audio files from your voice recorder to your computer folder. 4. From the “Upload Audio File” tab, hit the "Select" button and choose the file you would like to upload from the folder on your computer (this is similar to attaching a file in an email). After choosing the file(s) you would like to upload, click "Upload file(s)" to load the file(s) and a progress bar will appear below to show you how long your upload will take. Please allow some time for the files to upload. To ensure the best chance of a successful upload, please minimize your activity on the computer while the files are uploading. Please do not stop the download process unless you receive an "upload failure" message. 5. Please note that before uploading the audio files, you should re-name the files as per coding system below. HOW DO I NAME MY AUDIO -RECORDED FILES ?
