Football Game Guidelines

Dear Parents,
The following rules have been explained to your child regarding their attendance at Barbers Hill home football
games. We would appreciate your help in reinforcing these rules when your child attends a football game.
1. Students should not bring footballs to the football game nor should they play chase next to the
stands.
2. Students should not go past the Field House sidewalk, thereby allowing them to remain on the Barbers Hill
side of the stadium.
3. Students should not run in the stands or under the stands, nor play with or throw rocks under the stands.
4. Students should not congregate in the concession stand area. Students should purchase what they want
from the concession stand and then return to their seat in the stadium.
5. Students should not go into the parking lot unless they are leaving with their parent or guardian. Leaving the
stadium will result in a re-entry charge.
6. Students should not climb on the railings in the stands.
7. Students should not stand by the lower railings of the stands, as this will obstruct the vision of the fans in the
first 4 rows of the stands.
8. Students should not wander around under the stands or along the fence line. Students should sit in the
stadium unless going to the restroom or concession stand.
9. Students should not use the elevator.
10. Football games are a school event and are considered an extension of the school day; therefore,
students are subject to disciplinary actions for offenses that may warrant such action.
11. Students should yell loudly and cheer on the Barbers Hill Eagles to victory as often as possible!!
Secondary Students: If you purchased a sports pass, you can attend any athletic event free of charge during the
2016-2017 school year. Students using a sport pass at football games will enter in the ticket booth closest
to the MSN cafeteria, the blue gate, for free admission.
Elementary Students: If you wear your Spirit Shirt (purchased from campus for athletic events), you will be
admitted free of charge to any athletic event during the 2016-2017 school year. You may enter at either ticket
booth.
Thank you for helping us to make our Barbers Hill football games as safe and enjoyable as possible for everyone.
We look forward to your support of the Barbers Hill Eagles as they strive toward a district title and beyond.
