Serving customer oxygen needs globally for over 30 years, AirSep has expanded its existing product portfolio to include nitrogen generation
equipment. AirSep now offers stationary two-bed custom PSA Nitrogen Generators, Modular Membrane-based and PSA Nitrogen Generators in an
expandable, cabinet-mounted configuration, as well as containerized, shipboard options. Self-contained and turnkey cylinder refilling systems are
also available.

AirSep Standard Generator models N2-AS-D+ through N2-AS-Z are equipped with a NEMA 4 HMI touchscreen control panel with an integrated nitrogen monitor.
* SCF (standard cubic foot) gas measured at 1 atmosphere and 70ºF Nm3 (Normal cubic meter) gas measured at 1 atmosphere 0ºC. Specify nitrogen flow and pressure at time of order.
Nitrogen flow rates listed above should be considered on a ±15% basis. Any implied warranty requires a feed air quality that meets or exceeds Class 5.6.4 per ISO 8573.1.
All AirSep PSA Nitrogen Systems have an expected power consumption of:
3.2 kWh ±5% per 100 SCFH of total flow, nominal 99.5% nitrogen at 80 psig product pressure, at maximum plant capacity.
1.22 kWh ±5% per Nm³ of total flow, nominal 99.5% nitrogen at 4.5 barg product pressure, at maximum plant capacity.
