The Y Camp Difference
At Y Camp, kids receive a wealth of positive developmental experiences and are
encouraged to forge new bonds with one another. YMCA Day Camps are designed to
help promote self-confidence through age-appropriate skill building, with an emphasis
on spirit, mind, and body. Spring Break Camp at the South Sound YMCA gives young
people memories that last a lifetime, all wrapped up into one FUN week!

SPRING NATURE CAMP
Discover spring at the Briggs YMCA. We will get the
kids outside, into nature, and discovering the
wonders of spring. In addition to our adventures
outside, we will splash in the pool and explore the
power of water and how we will protect it.
PACIFIC NORTHWEST ADVENTURERS
Explore all that makes the PNW a great place to live
and play! We’ll learn how to protect our wildlife,
reuse our resources, and become Eco Champions
this week!
This camp does not offer half-week options

ALL SPORTS CAMP
Join the Downtown Y for a week of sports and
games. Campers will learn a variety of sports:
basketball, soccer, football, and more! Each day
brings a new adventure in the world of sports and
fitness. Create lasting relationships and build
confidence while trying new things! Downtown
camps will walk to local parks to play outdoor
sports as well.
JUST BUILD IT!
Construct a towering skyscraper or design your own
town—this week we’ll explore architecture and what
it takes to build everything from Minecraft
structures to toothpick bridges.
H2WOW! CAMP
Let’s get wet and wild! This week-long aquatics
camp will transform our pool into a tropical
swimming adventure. Learn the basics of swimming
techniques, water safety, and play some fun games
too. Kids will swim most days this week, and take
walking trips to the WET museum and Percival
Landing to learn about the water around us.
