JOB SCOPE:




















Provides primary support for document control management system.
Assures compliance with regulations and standards established by regulatory agencies.
Maintains document control management system. Captures, stores, and retrieves
document images.
Coordinates and performs document change control process including receipt,
maintenance, approval, distribution, and storage of controlled documents such as standard
operating procedures, forms, protocols, reports, drawings, and other quality documents.
Distributes and retrieves documents to/from all concerned departments.
Maintains paper and electronic binders and logs of controlled documents, templates, and
related records.
Ensures processed documents are complete, concise, accurate, and conform to established
formats. Manages archival activities for controlled documents.
Provide process improvements through operational audits within order management &
inventory management.
Develop current year audit plan based on risk assessments conducted with Senior
Management. Maintenance of proper accounting records and filing system
Prepare invoices, credit or debit note, expenses claims, payments and receipts
Data entry, payment preparations, reconciliation of accounts, journal entry and
reconciliation records (debtors, creditors and any other ledger)
Answering incoming calls/ messages and complaints from clients, update clients
information from time to time
Data entry for other related information
Issue Management Audit reports documenting key processes reviewed, business impact
and financial results of the operations, and finalizing implementation plans to risks
identified.
Assume lead role on audit engagements for developing risk-based audit programs
determined through planning discussions and managing completion of audit work.(IntelKulim)
Perform environmental, health & safety compliance audits and implement follow-up
corrective actions to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.(IntelKulim)
Performs audit activities in a professional manner. Prepares audit work papers in
accordance with department and professional standards that document all audit

Prepares audit reports designed to provide operating and corporate management and the
