1. Mr Alagu Krishnan Senguttuvan Alagu Krishnan Senguttuvan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai. He works towards promoting Skill oriented programmes, Open University and Distance Education systems domestically and internationally; Build and nurture a new generation of professional designers who can spearhead the Indian fashion and Apparel Industry to global leadership; encourage and take part in social service activities (Skill Training) through established organizations; he has helped found several Educational Institutions to promote collegiate level education both full-time and part-time. All of these institutions are authorized by well-renowned universities like Alagappa University – Karaikudi, Tamilnadu Open University – Chennai, Bharathiar University – Coimbatore, Manonmaniam Sundaranar University –Tirunelveli and Periyar University – Salem to offer courses. More than one lakh students have registered and pursued their studies in various undergraduate, postgraduate, diplomas and certificate courses through the institutions he helped found. Also he is constantly looking to bring the newest and the latest degree programs to the masses; one such endeavor is the Madras Institute of Fashion Technology. The vision of Madras Institute of Fashion Technology is to produce well-qualified professionals who are exposed to cutting-edge developments in the field of fashion technology. In addition, Deepighaa Instititute of Management & Technology has been selected by the Department of Most Backward Classes (Tamilnadu) to conduct job oriented (Skill Training) programs. Dr Pankaj Kumar Pandey Dr Pankaj Kumar Pandey is a serving officer of Indian Administrative Service(2005 batch) His education qualification is MBBS. He has worked as collector & District Magistrate in 3 districts of Uttarakhand namely Champawat, Uttarkashi and Udham Singh Nagar. He is currently working as Additional secretary Technical Education & Training, Labour & Employment and Medical Education (Government of Uttarakhand) and Project Director Uttarakhand Skill development Mission. Also working for skill development since last about one year. He has also developed our state mission to meet the current requirements for skill development. He has also developed a mobile app(KUSHAL UTTARAKHAND) to enable unemployed youth to get all the information about skills training and placement as well as self employment. He is working closely with all stakeholders in skill ecosystem in India like NSDC, NSDA, MSDE etc. 7. Ms Anitha Nair She is the Deputy Director (Vocational Education) for National Institute of Open Schooling 8. Mr Faraz Faridi He is the Head, Business Development, Industry and States Engagement : FICSI Food Industry Capacity & Skill Initiative 9. Ms Shobha Mishra Ghosh, Ms. Ghosh is Senior Director, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) heads Education (school, vocational education & higher education), Skill Development, Health, Health Insurance, Medical Technology and Life Sciences (Pharmaceuticals & Biotechnology). She has the experience of working with private sector, governments and multilateral/bilateral development agencies with the expertise to recommend policy reforms, areas for public-private partnerships and awareness programmes amongst stakeholders and beneficiaries. She is responsible for successfully making FICCI a leader in the above sectors by mobilizing experts and leaders to actively participate in pushing the reform agenda to the Government. Ms Shobha led the India Skills competition in Fashion Technology trade which was successfully organised in July 2016. The winners of India Skills Competition have qualified for the final selection for WorldSkills Internati onal Competition at Abu Dhabi, 2017. It provided a platform that brought youth, industries, and educators together. She is trained as an architect from Sir J J College of Architecture, Mumbai and Post Graduation in Urban Planning from Institute of Housing and Development Studies (IHS), Rotterdam, The Netherlands. She has about 28 years of experience of being associated with organizations, which deal with large-scale development programmes and policy issues on Education, Health and Infrastructure (Mass Housing, Energy, Environment & Urban Renewal). She also has certificates on higher education leadership and management from United States Department of State and Illinois University of Urbana Champagne, USA. Prior to FICCI, she has worked with organization like The Energy & Resource Institute (TERI), Schumacher Centre Delhi (SCD) - Indian partner of IDG (India Development Group) in London, U.K, and ACORD in various leadership positions. 10. Ms Minakshi Sharma Minakshi Sharma is a Trainer with over 6 years of experience in training and course development: delivering training, designing and writing courses, leading & directing teams of trainers.She holds a degree in Master of Computer Application from Punjab Technical University. She is working with Indian Institute of Skills Development (Deployed at Maruti Suzuki India Limited) from June 2014 to till date. Her key deliverables are Functioning as a Trainer to deliver functional and behavioral training sessions. Key subjects include MS office, Work Safety (5S, 3G, 3K, Kaizen, HHT and KYT) ; identified gaps and redesigned layout of Student trainees’ feedback for vocational school which smoothen collating of data ; Collating and processing data for documentation of training reports ; Worked on LMS (Learning Management System) and currently utilizing my Skills to design a Database Management System for student trainees to ensure efficient monitoring of their progress ; Designed basic modules for courses on Automotive Body Repair and Automotive Body Paint for vocational school; Developing of Training Content for Student Trainees (Vocational School) on MS Office and Internet Applications. 11. Mr Manish Kumar Pandey An automobile industry professional with 14+ years of experience in manufacturing. Proficient in strengthening core manufacturing processes through implementation of breakthrough techniques, target alignment, cost control, strategy formulation and execution. 12. Mr Sambhaji Patil Nilangekar [2] Is the member of 13th Maharashtra Legislative Assembly of Maharashtra from Nilanga. He is a [3] member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) & RSS and also the General Secretary of the Maharashtra State Unit of the BJP. Mr Ranjan Choudhury Principal - Program Development National Skill Development Corporation Ranjan received his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University and a Bachelors in Economics from St. Stephens College. Prior to joining NSDC, Ranjan has been an entrepreneur and was with the Godfrey Philips group heading their vocational training initiative. He has considerable in depth experience in vocational training including setting up network through franchisee and Public Private Partnership modes. In his current role in NSDC as Principal - Program Development, primary focus is to foster NSDC partnerships to set up large scale sustainable training projects with private sector to deliver the 150 million mandate by 2022. Additional responsibilities include promoting train the trainer projects, bilateral and multilateral agency engagement; special projects; international collaboration and being atask force member for the India EU Skills Development Project A personal interest is in working for initiatives for skilling differently abled people. 21. Mr Aditya Pratap Singh Rathore He is Winner of India Skills Competition, in Automobile Technology skill. He belongs to Agra- a city known for world famous Taj Mahal. After his matriculation examination, he shifted to Pune. He has just completed ‘Apprenticeship Training’ of 3 years’ duration from Tata Motors Limited, Training Division in ‘Mechanic Motor Vehicle’ trade.Aditya has fascination about cars since childhood. He likes the skill ‘Automobile Technology’ because there are so many things to learn and explore new answers in continuously changing advance technology being deployed in today’s cars. For India Skills, Aditya has undergone a rigorous training at Tata Motors Central Training Center, Pune. After achieving success in India Skills , Aditya is looking forward to represent India in WorldSkills Abu Dhabi 2017. He is putting up his best foot forward with sincere efforts and dedication. His ambition is to make his parents,company and nation proud by accomplishing podium finish in WorldSkills Abu Dhabi. 22. Ms Neha Ulhas Chande Neha Ulhas Chande, a bright young girl of 21 years, from Mumbai - the land of opportunities, left her mark on the global skills landscape by grabbing a gold medal for India in the “Beauty Therapy” category at WorldSkills Oceania Competition 2015. WorldSkills Oceania, which is hosted by WorldSkills New Zealand, saw over 100 participants from across 7 countries participating this year. These countries are New Zealand, Australia, Korea, Canada, Malaysia, China and India. This is the first time WorldSkills India had sent its contingent to participate in WorldSkills Oceania and this girl was all set to compete at a world stage. As they say -“Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder”. Neha’s skill of seeing and portraying beauty in her subject so well, brought her dream closer to her and achieve what she wouldn’t have ever thought when she enrolled to participate in the WorldSkills India Competition 2015 being conducted by NSDC under the supervision of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. Neha made her way through tough training and skill education and finally made it to the final 29 contingent being prepared from India to display their best of skill set on a global platform. Her dreams and her dedication to perform her best, had finally got her wings to fly higher in life. Neha is presently working as a senior technical consultant with Enrich Academy in Mumbai. A CIDESCO qualified Neha is also pursuing graduation from Mumbai University. This is her one big step towards performing her best at WorldSkill Sau Paulo 2015 which Neha is eagerly waiting for. She is a more confident contender now and awaits to make a stronger mark for her country, her family and last but the least for herself 23. Worked with InnovAccer as a Marketing Associate for 10 Months, worked with Yatri Entrepreneur, Jagriti Yatra at Google for 2 months also he was a Marketing intern at MPS Techworks and Giesecke & Devrient GmbH.
