Session 1, Saturday 17 June 10.30am-3pm:
stalls around a demonstration kitchen in Town Square and up Market Street;
Session 2, Saturday 17 June 8pm-11pm:
music, food stalls and bar on Town Square;
Session 3, Sunday 18 June 12noon-3pm:
the Big Sunday Lunch with music on Town Square.

District Council.
 Raffle: It would be appreciated if a suitable
contribution could be made to the raffle prizes.
 Bookings cancelled within one month of the
Festival will be liable to pay half the fee, if
cancelled within one week the full fee will be
payable.
 By making this booking the stallholder confirms
they have appropriate public liability insurance.
 Stallholders undertake to maintain a presence at
their stall during the publicised time of the
session.
 Please ensure that any packaging you use can
be recycled/composted. If you need further
information on this please contact us or see
www.vegware.com. Stallholders whose packaging
cannot be recycled will be asked to contribute to
extra waste disposal costs.
 Stallholders are responsible for adhering to the
rules and regulations of the Food Hygiene
(General) Regulations 1970 and the provisions of
