UWA City Beach Water Polo Club (Inc)
Full Time Position
UWACBWPC is one of Australia’s leading water polo clubs and is the current Men’s National
League Champions. The club also holds all National Junior Men’s titles a feat which has never
been achieved before.
The club is looking to employ a full time Women’s Head Coach to drive a similar level of success
with the Women’s program. The successful applicant will coach the club’s NWPL team, State
Premier League team and National Age Group teams.

through to senior National League for both
men and women.

training environment.
The club’s over arching objective is to offer all players the opportunity to develop to their full potential and
to present competitive teams at all national age group competitions.
The successful applicant will possess the following skills:
• Experience in teaching the skills required to • Interpersonal skills in managing player
coach water polo at an elite level
development, family interactions and team
management
• Able to teach junior players the advanced
skills of water polo
• Communications skills – Fluent English speaking
& writing and computer based skills
• Organisational skills to implement
training programs to meet the clubs high
• Passion for the game and preferably past
performance coaching objectives
playing experience at an elite level
The successful applicant will join into a co-ordinated program working alongside the current Men’s Head
Coach and directing the current Junior Women’s Development Coach.
