RED CARD FORM
A "Red Card" is a request by a registrant (“Player”) not to play for a specific manager or coach, or
play with another player. A Red Card request may be made by contacting the Player Agent or
President. A request to play for a specific manager or coach will not be accepted, except in the 6U
Division. Only one Red Card request maybe made per player and must be received prior to the
Evaluations. Red Card may be received after Evaluations; however, these Red Cards will be used as
advisements to the Board during the draft process. Red Cards are kept confidential. A manager will
only be notified to bypass a player if the manager happens to select that player during the Draft. No
reason will be given to the manager. All Red Cards will be vetted by the President, Player Agent, or
Director of Rules and Ethics.
** Misuse or misrepresentation of the Red Card request will not be tolerated and could result in
sanctions, including expulsion, imposed by the TOGSA Board of Directors.
