STATE INSPECTION
Mongolian law on State inspection:
Mongolian specialized inspection body was
organized with 13 inspection units, by
following acts:
- State Great Khural’s resolution number
58 of 2002,
- Government resolution number 161 of
2002.

Mongolian General Agency of Specialized
Inspection runs 34 directions of inspection
and it has inspection units in:

Protocol about General condition of veterinary and
quarantine -year 2008:
 Racer and reproductive horse for export and other
horses for passing through,
 Horses for slaying that were exported from Mongolia to
China,
 Reproductive cattle and its frozen germ for export from
China to Mongolia.

AGAINST TRADE BARRIER
As stated in Mongolian law about
Standardization and conformity
assessment:
 According to the agreements about usage and
recognition of testing and conformity result
made between Mongolia and international,
regional organizations and international trade
partner countries, if the products have agreed
national mark of conformity and/or conformity
certification these products shall not be covered
by supervision and certification again.
TRADE BARRIER FACILITATION
Problems faced to fulfill above mentioned
statement:
- Conditions about quarantine and inspection of
animals, plants and products originated by them
were not totally negotiated by agreements between
to countries’ authorities,
- Export, import products are not totally covered by
certification.
TRADE BARRIER FACILITATION
Problems faced to fulfill above mentioned
statement:
- Standards on mutually supplied products were
not harmonized to the international standards
and these standards has not been negotiated
by the countries.
- Product label is in foreign languages
