Full Time Registered Students can reserve/purchase tickets through the Campus Center. Only one ticket
per student, per event can be purchased through your valid HAWK Account. (Registered student may
have a discount on certain events if available) The following events will need a reserved or purchased
ticket:

Part Time Students, Graduate Students, and General Public can purchase tickets through the UMES
Tickets. www.umestickets.com Tickets can be purchased online using any major credit card or debit
account. (Limited Tickets) The following events will need a purchased ticket for entry:

Box Office Tickets
Alumni, General Public, and Students (needing extra tickets) can purchase tickets through the UMES Box Office.
(HAWK Center located in the Student Services Center- 2nd Floor) Tickets can be purchased using in forms of cash,
major credit card and debit account. (Limited Tickets) This tickets will sell the “Day of the Event.” The following

All “Will-Call” ticket will be distributed at the location of each event.
Policy:
All Students, Alumni and the General Public are required to have a ticket to enter the Homecoming events. A card
reader or scanner will be used to track the issuance of tickets to students. General public must have a scan paper,
mobile phone or hard ticket to enter Homecoming Events.
Only Full Time registered undergraduate students, who have paid an athletic fee (12 credits or more) will be eligible
to receive a free Homecoming Basketball ticket. Part – time students (less than 12 credits) and graduate students
are not included because an athletic fee was not charged.
Individuals with a reserved student ticket are required to present a Valid HAWK Card ticket to be admitted into the
game.
Process:
 Must be a full-time paid (Spring 2016) undergraduate student to purchase a student price ticket.
 FULL-TIME is defined as an individual who has registered for 12 credits or more.
 Students with LESS THAN 12 HOURS and GRADUATE STUDENTS will be required to pay the $25.00 ticket
price for the Homecoming Basketball Game.
 All eligible students must have a valid HAWK Card in order to reserve their ticket.
 Once your HAWK Card is swiped, a ticket will be issued.
 Only one ticket per student. Extra tickets can be purchased online. (cost may increase)
 If your ticket for any event is lost or stolen, a new one WILL NOT be reissued.





If you lose your HAWKCARD, you will be responsible to purchase a new card.
Students will be able to pick up their tickets from the HAWK CENTER, which is located on the 2nd floor of
the Student Services Center.
Ticket distribution will begin on Monday, February 1, 2016 and conclude on 12:01 p.m., Sunday, February
21, 2016.
Students who have not reserved a basketball ticket up by the date and time indicated will be required to
purchase a ticket at the cost of $25.00.
There are no refunds for all events.
