Previously, DEMD team members sent multiple emails with
photos attached as set suggestions.
Picasa
Whenever email lacked storage, the Production Manager
uploaded the photos to Picasa.
« The problem with Picasa was there was no interface. Each
email, every addition, was a new web page link, with one link per
set! »
Outlook Movie
« I used this a few times… noone on the team found it easy to use »

« Setkeeper turned out to
be the only tool adapted to
our preparations, and userfriendly enough for all of
us. »
Vianney Level, Production Manager,
DEMD Productions
WITH SETKEEPER
« Sending an invitation to somebody so that
they can access the sets any time, has
become much easier »
SETKEEPER WAS
UNANIMOUSLY
APPROVED BY
THE TEAM
The Production Manager introduced
Setkeeper to his team. It was
immediately and naturally adopted, and

EVERY
TEAM MEMBER
SAVES TIME
Before Setkeeper, choosing a set from
team proposals was a slow process.
The Director received pictures from
the location scout, and then sent them
on to the other Team Members.
Access and sharing
of
images
and
decision information was slow.
« It used to be that the Location Scout
sent photos, and by the time the DP
received them, gave an opinion, and we
received the opinion, three days had
passed. Now, actually, everybody can
see the photos and share their opinions
in a single day. »
Vianney Level
The Location Scout saves time. All
photos are
uploaded
to
Setkeeper
providing
a common
workspace
where
multiple
proposals
are
concentrated and organized, a place
where every team member can see and
judge the propositions.
