The Drug Metabolism Discussion Group (DMDG) and Groupe de Métabolisme et Pharmacocinétique (GMP)
are excited to announce sponsorship opportunities for our second joint European DMPK meeting.
The meeting will be held in Paris on 19th to 21st October 2016. The aim of the meeting is to produce a lively
open discussion around the key topics of interest with delegates from a wide range of companies from
Europe. There are a number of sponsorship packages on offer to enable sponsors to fully participate in the
meeting and the scientific discussion. Where possible we strongly encourage each sponsoring company to
send scientists to attend as the delegate pass will include access to all of the talks and the poster session.

Notes for sponsors:
a) Please note that we have 12 exhibition spaces available. Priority will be given to those companies
wishing to be accredited as ‘Gold’ sponsors until 31st August 2016. Thereafter, the remaining spaces
shall be released and offered to ‘Silver’ sponsors, and on a first-come first-served basis.
b) Where exhibition space is offered, exhibitors shall be entitled to the following:
3mx1.5m floor space/Power socket/Covered Table/Two chairs/Complimentary Wifi
You may utilise the space around your table for a poster board, advertising, pop-up stands etc.
c) All sponsors are able to bring a poster for the poster session.
d) As soon as your sponsorship package has been confirmed, please forward us your company logo as a
high resolution .jpeg, .gif, or .bmp file for inclusion in conference materials to [email protected]. Your
company will be recognized in the Sponsor section of the Joint Meeting web site at either the gold, silver,
or bronze level. Recognition will be in the form of a company logo image that can be linked to your
company’s web site. Silver and Gold sponsors: please also send us your 250 word company profile as
a word document.
e) To try to maximize delegate and sponsor interaction, the organisers will be holding a prize draw. Rules
for the draw will be made available separately.
f) At the bronze and silver sponsorship levels, your company will receive one (1) complimentary
registration for the meeting. At the gold sponsorship level, your company will receive two (2) complimentary
registrations.
