• Member State where EGTC will be registered, shall ensure
that conditions are fulfilled and that third country has
approved
• Article 4(3a):
• according to equivalent conditions and procedures to
those laid down in EGTC Regulation or
• in accordance with an agreement between at least one
Member States and a third country
