AUTOMATIC BREAKING SYSTEM WITH REGENERATION OF LOST ENERGY
THE AIM OF THIS PROJECT IS TO DESIGN A BRAKING SYSTEM WHICH
WILL APPLIED on the wheel as soon as an obstacle comes in the way of the
vehicle and also in the meanwhile of applying brake we tried to regenerate the
energy lost in the breaking in the form of loss in momentum.
For solving the problem we divided our project in few parts asà
1. An AC motor to drive the wheel
2. A DC motor to apply the break
3. A dynamo to regenerate the energy from applied break
4. An Electronic circuitry to control the break
The electronic circuit work as followsà
In this project we show the concept of auto braking system. In this system we
use one sensor base technology. When vehicle move on the road and in the
case of sudden braking sensor sense the obstruction and immediate offer a
braking system.
We attach this ABS system with any type of braking system.either hydrolic
system or induction braking. In this concept we use one photosensor with infra
red light. Infra red light transmit the signal in the air and if there is any obstruction
then this light is reflected from the object to the photosensor and further circuit is
on automatically.
