medium. Results shown are the (primary) root length of WT seedlings grown vertically for 12
d on media containing 0 (Control), 1, 2, or 10 µM CLV3. Data represent means (n > 4) ± SE.
ANOVA analysis was used to evaluate means separation between the control (no CLV3
added) and different CLV3 concentrations for WT seedlings. For all samples tested, root
length was significantly reduced (P < 0.01) from control values at all CLV3 concentrations
tested (indicated by the ‘*’ above the bracket).
