Launch Microsoft Lync if it is not already running. 2. Go to Tools > Options. (Alternatively, you can click the gear icon). 3. Click the ‘Call Forwarding’ heading on the left. 4. Click either “Edit my delegate members” or “Edit my team-call group members” depending on your setup. At the bottom of the window, change the dropdown to the number of seconds that only your phone should ring before the delegate / team call group member phones would ring. (e.g. your phone rings only for the first 5 seconds and then if not yet answered, the delegates phones would also start ringing in addition to your phone continuing) (Click here for a guide on the differences between delegates and team-call groups) 5.
