RULES
1. Participation will be only in digital format using the following web: www.andorramacro.com

3. The inscription form will be online and instructions should be followed according to web.
4. Four pictures maximum are allowed per section. The same picture cannot be in two sections
at the same time.
5. Picture´s size will be as follow: 1024 pixels horizontally and 768 pixels vertically. Resolution
will be 300 ppi. Each file will be maximum 1MB.
6. General fees will be 25 € or 32 USD
7. Payment will be allowed only through PayPal using the following address:
www.andorramacro.com after form is filled in and pictures sent. Participation without
payment will be rejected.
8. First Macro Photography show in Andorra 2017 is open to all World photographers.
Participation is not permitted to organizers and selectors. Pictures and/or author will be
rejected if not following these rules.
9. All works accepted in the First Macro Photography show in Andorra 2017 will get FIAP
and FAF points.
10. Winning pictures will be sent at maximum resolution to be printed for exhibition and
catalogue.

11. All participants will receive a message including a link for catalogue download.
12. This link will also be available at: www.andorramacro.com Participating means that all
authors will allow “First Macro Photography show in Andorra 2017” to print and show their
work without any limitation and without image right claims from authors in any case. Image´s
content is totally under authors responsibility.
13. The four pictures sent will be judged according to their content in the section decided by
selectors. Selectors will decide only in which section the pictures can be judged. No
complains will be accepted in any case.
14. By participating to the “First Macro Photography show in Andorra 2017” all rules have to
be respected and particularly those from FIAP and other organizations being part of the trail.
This point will be included in the form and will have to be accepted when the form is filled in.
15. By the sole act of submitting his/her images or files to a salon under FIAP Patronage, the
entrant accepts without exception and with no objection that the submitted images can be
investigated by FIAP to establish if these obey to FIAP regulations and definitions even if the
entrant is not a member of FIAP; that FIAP will use any means at its disposal for this
undertaking; that any refusal to cooperate with FIAP or any refusal to submit the original files
as captured by the camera, or failure to provide sufficient evidence, will be sanctioned by
FIAP and that in case of sanctions following the non compliance with FIAP regulations, the
name of the entrant will be released in any form useful to inform the breaches of the rules. It
is recommended to leave the EXIF data in the submitted files intact in order to ease eventual
investigations.”
16. All other questions will be solved, in case of, by the organizing board.
