Topsail Ball Club, a 501(c)3 non-profit (ID 56-6450873), is seeking sponsors for the 2016 spring and fall
baseball seasons. Each year, in an effort to keep our registration fee low so that more local children can
take part in the great American pastime, we turn to the community to help us make that happen.
On the reverse of this letter is a breakdown of our sponsorship levels. There is an opportunity for every
budget, big or small. Every sponsorship dollar raised goes straight back into this community via our
baseball program. From the chalk lines on the fields to the umpires behind the plates...none of it
happens without the generous donations of our partners.

Thank you for your interest in helping coastal North Carolina kids play baseball! We have a variety of

Team Sponsor -- $300 for Spring 2017 or $400 for Spring 2017 and Fall 2017
Benefits Include: Your company’s name on jerseys; company name on team sponsorship banners;
your company info on the sponsors page of our website; team sponsorship listing on our Facebook
page; opportunity to advertise your company at our Opening Day event; appreciation plaque
featuring team photo; and more.
Field Sponsor -- $150 for Spring 2017 or $250 for Spring and Fall 2017
Benefits Include: Your company’s name on field sponsorship banners; your company info on the
sponsors page of our website; field sponsorship listing on our Facebook page; opportunity to
advertise your company at our Opening Day event; and more.
Equipment Sponsor -- $50 per season
Benefits Include: Your company’s name on equipment sponsorship banners; listing on the sponsors
page of our website; equipment sponsorship listing on our Facebook page; and more.
Sponsor a Child -- $85 per season
Give a kid a (baseball) diamond! Help spread the love and lessons of baseball by sponsoring a child
in our community. While TBC’s registration fee is one of the lowest in our area, it is still out of reach
for some.
