Virgin Atlantic / new route
From 26 October 2014 Virgin Atlantic will be flying non-stop from London Heathrow to Atlanta
Hartsfield Jackson International, the hub of the US South.
An Airbus A-330 will operate, with timings of 0925-1420 from Heathrow, and 1730-0635 out
of Atlanta.

Flybe launches hop-on, hop-off flights
Flybe will launch a new service between Aberdeen and Jersey in October
2014, but flights will stop off en route in Leeds and Southampton in both
directions.
The airline said the new service will be named FlyShuttle.
Flybe will operate up to three flights a day between Aberdeen and Jersey
from October 26. Passengers will be able to hop-on or hop-off at
Southampton or Leeds. For those who stay on, the total journey time is
just over four hours.
Flybe previously operated non-stop flights between Aberdeen and Jersey,
but a spokesman said the new 'hop-on, hop-off shuttle' would make the
route more viable.
"Rather than offering lots of different routes with low load factors, we are
offering one hop-on, hop-off service, similar to the way domestic airlines
operate in the US," said the spokesman.
The service will be operated by a 78-seat turboprop aircraft.
