ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) has been the law for over a quarter of a century. Most employers and their
lawyers are familiar with the basics of the requirements of the law and the necessary accommodations, but as we gain
greater understanding of mental diseases and cognitive deficiencies, the ADA takes on complexity which this seminar
will address.
