Vibank School Lunch Program
Kindergarten to grade 6 students will continue to pre-order and pre-pay for lunch. Grade 7-12 are welcomed to preorder and pre-pay. Grade 7-12 students are welcomed to buy a pre-paid “punch card” for the dollar amount of their
choice.
PRE-ORDERING LUNCH
You have 2 convenient ways to pre-order lunch:
1. Complete the photocopied order form which your child was given by his/her homeroom teacher and have your
child return it to his/her homeroom teacher. And, choose one of the payment options (below). OR…
2. Complete the emailed order form (page 2 of this document) and forward to Mrs. Martin
([email protected]). Then, choose one of the payment options (below).
PAYMENT
You have 3 convenient ways to pre-pay for lunch:
1. Cheque payable to Vibank School Servery to be delivered to the office or the homeroom teacher. Please ensure
that your child’s name and homeroom is included with payment. OR…
2. Cash to be delivered to the office or the homeroom teacher. Please ensure that your child’s name and
homeroom is included with payment. OR…
3. E-transfer:
Most banking institutions have a similar process. This is the Royal Bank process:
a. To send an Interac e-Transfer from Online Banking
b. Select "Pay Bills and Transfer Funds”;
c. Enter the amount, the account you would like to pay from, and in the "To:" drop-down list, select
"Interac e-Transfer”;
d. You will be asked to:
i. Provide the name (Vibank School Servery) and email address ([email protected]);
ii. Provide a security question-and-answer that only the recipient will be able to answer (WHAT IS
THE VRS MASCOTT? Answer: VIPER);
e. You can choose to save this recipient in your Payee list to send another e-Transfer at a later time
f. Upon confirmation, an email or text message notification will be automatically sent to the recipient with
instructions to retrieve the funds.
