1) Hire invoices are due and payable upon receipt. Sale invoices are due and payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
2) Any account in respect of which invoices have not been paid by the due date may be placed on “credit hold” and any
equipment on rent may be picked up by NTS without notice. NTS shall not be required to provide any credit to the Applicant
during the period of credit hold.
3) T h e Applicant authorises NTS to obtain credit reports, and bank references for the purposes of determining the
extension or continuation of credit to the Applicant.
4) Each hire and or sale agreement, its terms and conditions and other written agreements related thereto are incorporated herein
by reference and together with this credit application form the entire agreement between the Applicant and NTS.
The Applicant warrants that all information is correct, has read, accepted and agrees to be bound by all of the terms set forth in
this document and in each hire and sale agreement entered into by the Applicant or its agents. It is understood and agreed that
the Applicant specifically consents to NTS investigating the Applicant’s credit history and may utilise credit reporting services for
information on the undersigned. Facsimile copies and electronic signed documents will be treated as originals.
The Applicant confirms that it has obtained the appropriate consent from all individuals named in this credit application for the
processing of their Personal Data (as defined under the Data Protection Act 1998 and, in substitution of the Data Protection Act 1998
from 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation) by NTS and by third parties nominated by NTS for the purposes of this
credit application.

CONTINUING Personal Guarantee and Consent to Obtain a Credit Report
The undersigned individual who is either a director or principal of the Applicant or a sole proprietorship of the Applicant,
acknowledges and agrees that his or her individual credit history may be a factor in the evaluation of the credit history of the
Applicant and hereby consents to and authorises the use of a credit reference report on the undersigned by NTS from time to
time as may be needed, in the credit evaluation process.
The undersigned hereby unconditionally guarantee(s) the full and prompt payment to NTS when due all indebtedness, obligations,
and liabilities of the Applicant, including all amounts now owing and arising in the future, and including any interest, legal fees,
and collection and court costs. The undersigned agrees to be personally bound by all terms of this credit application. This guarantee
shall continue in force until all sales and/or hire agreements entered into between the Applicant and NTS have been terminated in
accordance with the terms of the applicable agreement. If the undersigned individual or another representative of the Applicant enters
into a separate personal guarantee relating to this credit application and there is any discrepancy between the terms of this credit
application and the terms of the separate personal guarantee, the terms of the separate personal guarantee shall take precedence.
Nothing in this credit application shall invalidate the terms of any separate personal guarantee.
