How to get to the Recommended Hotels
From Tegel-Airport:
If you land at Tegel-Airport the easiest way to get to Potsdam is to take the taxi. The journey takes about 30
minutes and it costs around 50-60€.
If you want to take public transport then take the bus “X9” to train station “Zoologischer Garten”, then take
train “RE 1” direction “Magdeburg” via Potsdam (every 30 minutes) and get off at “Potsdam Hauptbahnhof” or
take the S-Bahn “S7” to “Potsdam Hbf”.
Once you are in Potsdam, take a taxi at Potsdam Hauptbahnhof to get to your hotel or take the “Tram 92”
(direction Kirschallee) or “Tram 96” (direction Viereckremise) and drop off at “Nauener Tor” for NH Voltaire
Potsdam and Hotel Am Jägertor or “Reiterweg/Alleestr” for Dorint Hotel.
From Berlin-Schönefeld Airport:
If you land at Berlin-Schönefeld Airport the easiest way to Potsdam is also to take a taxi. The journey takes
about 45 min and costs around 70-80€.
There are different possibilities to go by public transport, but in all cases you have to change trains once or
twice and it could take up to two hours.
