QUOTES
Sarah – who will be producing her own range of ales and
lagers in 2017 at the brewery under the Stray Cat name –
wanted to bring something different to Lymestone. She
said: “We’ve all been working really hard on the lager and I
can’t wait to see what people think of the six varieties –
and which one comes out on top.”
Head brewer Ian ‘Brad’ Bradford added: “It’s great having
Sarah on board and a Lymestone lager was top of her list
for what she wanted to get stuck into first. We’ve all been
sampling the six varieties she’s produced and to be honest
we’re not sure which one’s best. So it’s time for an
election.”
