Buffet Lunch: Tomato soup with mini grilled cheese sandwiches
iceberg lettuce with tomatoes, bacon, bleu cheese, egg and
buttermilk ranch. Peppercorn crusted meat loaf with wild mushroom
sauce. Homemade chicken pot pie with pancetta, peas, served with
shortbread biscuits. Sour cream and chive smashed potatoes. Warm
cornbread muffins with sweet honey butter, and seasonal fruit pie.

Plant Families-Bill Shores, Master Gardener for celebrity chef Rick
Bayless, will discuss several varieties of edible plants, and include
tasting samples from several plant families.

EST Analytical-Anne Jurek, Senior Application Chemist, will
demonstrate an automated sampling and analysis of a diverse set of
beverages including coffee, whiskey, and tea.

Hyatt Rosemont PINK shuttle bus.
Reservations are not necessary; shuttle picks up in front of Door #1
every 30 minutes. For any questions please call (847) 518-1234.
*Please note that there are two Hyatts in Rosemont, and you are
looking for the shuttle to Hyatt Rosemont on River Road and
Devon Avenue.
