Why enter?
These awards are your chance to shine and gain the recognition that your Just Play Centre deserves.
You can showcase your successes and the passionate team behind them to The FA, your local
community and the media and perhaps even encourage more players to join you. Entering any or all of
our four awards categories is simple – just give us a few words on your entry form about what you’ve
been up to and what you’re proud of and we’ll do the rest. The finalists will be invited to London to
tour Wembley and come to an exclusive reception at the House of Commons to celebrate the Just Play
scheme. So go on, tell us all about your Just Play team! Prizes include an opportunity for a training
experience at St George’s Park, signed England t-shirts and tickets!

You are welcome to submit your player, team and or centre for more than one category;
however, each entry must be submitted separately
How to enter
Please include as much detail about your submission as possible to give a clear picture of the centres
inspiration, purpose, process and outcomes and please kindly observe the word count indicated.
Supporting Material
Your entry can be supplemented by up to five pieces of supporting collateral; this may include printed
documents, case studies, photographs, testimonials or media coverage. We strongly recommend
including collateral to assist the judges.
