let us take care of all your food for the event. We prepare all the food in our John Street kitchen, leaving the
mess behind, delivering you all the freshly prepared food 30 minutes prior your gusts arrival. Giving us ample
time to set up and cook all your food fresh, present on our platters and service your guests all night

When you decide to hire staff we will provide at no charge

urn, cups & saucers tea & coffee. (Nescafe, International Roast or coffee LCS has in stock. (Brand
of coffee is not always guaranteed)

Napkins & tooth picks

all required equipment relevant for presentation of platters and service of food.
•
China or disposable dessert plates will be provided for service of dessert depending on
selected menu.
We suggest all clients to provide disposable dessert plates for service of celebration cakes in a case where
LCS don’t provide any All this equipment will be delivered to your function with all food, by the staff members
hired at least 30 Min prior guest arrival.
•
Our staff will be responsible to cook or heat, present &
serve food. Service of food will run for approx 2-2 ½ hours followed by service of desert for a
further 30min – 1 hour.
•
Service of drinks, cleaning of glass ware or removal of empty
beverage bottles will not be provided by staff of Laura’s Catering Service.
Option to have no staff
All food will be prepared and cooked in our John street kitchen for your inconvenience and delivered to you
prior 12.00 am or once the temperature of all food hits below 6 deg
A $300.00 bond on our equipment will be charged. All equipment must be cleaned and returned to
Laura’s Catering service no later than the following Wednesday or Thursday. Unless otherwise
arrange.
•
It is the responsibility of the host to heat, present & served the food according to food health
& safety guidelines.
•
Please ensure food is heated up above 60 degrees and consumed within
1 hour.
•
Please ensure all deserts are stored below 4 degrees until at lest 30 Min prior
consumption.

Finger food packages are priced from $21.00 per guests
Minimum order of 8 items from any categories, however we do suggest the following
1 – 2 items from the cold can ape' selection
4 -6 items from the Hot roaming section
1- 2 dessert's from the sweet section
Service staff is highly recommended making a stress free event for all to enjoy
