This form can be found on the Maryland RPS webpage. Alternative Compliance Payments (in the form of a check made out to the ‘Comptroller of Maryland’) and the original Compliance Fee Remittance Report form will be sent directly to the following address: State of Maryland – Comptroller of Maryland Revenue Administration Division P.O. Box 207 Annapolis, MD 21404-0207 If an Alternative Compliance Payment is made.
