View Metrics View metrics from BigWave Systems via total count and daily count. 7. Maintain your Profile Update your profile with the ability to: Add additional email or text notifications Change your preferred contact method Change your phone provider (for text notifications) Setting Availability: Manual Switch: You can set your days and hours of availability and you can set long OR periods of time when you are unavailable (i.e., vacation, etc.) Daily / Hourly and long term Availability Consider the on and off switch at the top as a manual override to override availability specified under Hours of Availability. For example: Your availability on Monday is set to 8 am – 5 pm. You want to be unavailable at 1 pm until the next clock in time of 8 am the next day.
