Newsletter January 2014 Letter from the President, by Joyce Malone Hello fellow CASHE members! Happy New Year! I hope that the coming year will be filled with success and dreams fulfilled. I am looking forward to another great year with our organization. It’s that time of year again to renew your dues with the organization. ANNUAL DUES MUST BE PAID BY JANUARY 31ST OR YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO REAPPLY AND MEET NEW APPLICATION GUIDELINES. You should have received your renewal form by now. If not, contact Carroll Simmons immediately! Please read it carefully to ensure all information is correct and make corrections if necessary on the form. Return your dues promptly. So much of what we do as an organization hinges on membership fees being paid timely. Remember that membership is personal and does not belong to a company. If someone leaves your company who was a member of CASHE you cannot place a new person in that slot. They must individually apply and follow all guidelines for approval. Last month’s meeting venue and holiday party at Turf Valley was a nice way to kick off the holidays and we are hopeful that everyone enjoyed the time to converse and socialize. Next year, we are thinking about an Ugly Holiday Sweater party!! Just to put it out there a little early! A new year is a time for fresh starts. It’s so important that as an organization and individuals we make a difference with each and every day. Be a leader in your work and consider stepping up within the organization to help us make CASHE the best chapter under ASHE. I thank each and every one of you for your commitment and support over the last year and I look forward to great things in 2014. 1 General Meeting Information YOU MUST RSVP BY 12:00 PM ON THE DAY BEFORE THE GENERAL MEETING.
