CHOCOLATE DRIVE FUNDRAISER Dear Parents, We are holding a Cadbury chocolate fundraiser. This is our major fundraiser for the year and we hope that you can sell some chocolates for us. Would you like a box of chocolates to sell, or perhaps a few? We ask that all orders and money collected be returned to the office in a secure envelope. Please make sure your name is on the envelope, along with the amount enclosed and return all money and/or unsold chocolates no later than Friday 24th June, 2016. The cost of the chocolates = $1.00 each. An entire sold box of 50 items will total $50. You may choose to pre-pay the $50 when you collect your box/boxes as this can streamline the payment process. If you are unable to sell all of the items, please return them promptly to the school’s office so they can be re-issued for sale by another family. You are responsible for all sold / unsold chocolates. For safety reasons, we suggest that young children sell to family members, friends and known neighbours only. We would like to stress that if selling door to door, children should be accompanied by an adult at all times. Remember, store Cadbury products in a cool place (not the refrigerator), taking care to avoid areas of direct sunlight and never leave them in a parked car.
