student-athletes take finals. The lone events taking place
are the women's and men's basketball teams travelling to
Evangel on Thursday evening for a pair of HAAC
contests.

The No. 14 Lindenwood men’s basketball team defeated
Baker by a 72-53 score on Saturday afternoon in Baldwin
City, Kan. The win was the sixth straight for the Lions and
improved the team to 2-0 in conference play.

The Lindenwood Lady Lions women’s basketball team
started the conference portion of its schedule with a 79-48
win over the Culver-Stockton Wildcats on Thursday night
at the Hyland Arena.

The No. 20 Lindenwood women's volleyball team
prevailed in five sets over No. 21 Bellevue Thursday
afternoon in the team's final match of pool play at the 2010
NAIA Volleyball National Championships presented by
Siouxland Sports Medicine Foundation in Sioux City,
Iowa. The Lady Lions won 25-18, 25-21, 24-26, 23-25,
15-6.

Victor Francoz Named Third-Team All-American

The 2010 NAIA All-American men’ soccer teams were
recently announced and Lindenwood goalie Victor
Francoz was named to the third-team.
