Coaching
CPD's generally well attended, need to see how we improve monitoring of coaching next
season. U 17's will be seniors next season Jim Jones not available next season, possibly run 2
teams. The U 16's playing for U 17's will move to other clubs unless they can play for U 16's Jim
Chapman will assist Richard Pearson for the 1st team still need more older players to be
involved for grunt factor, the team will be in a better position than 12 months ago.- need to
get more monitoring and getting the head coaches to be skilled up. Have we got the right
people in the right slots? Define Head Coach role better - encourage more to go on courses

Club budget £800,000. LF doing bid for Sport England Inspired Facilities bid £50k CT looking at
various pots that we can tap into best case scenario is £900K is achievable. Must have a clear
plan in slick & professional manor. Team meeting fortnightly, Thursday 7th May Northallerton

No welfare issues this month
The Autumn International tickets will be on sale via the web site & D Broadley
Form will be on Pitchero Autumn International's all must be applied and Rules & Regulations
Sponsorship - we need to be seen to raise money
Must have each team buying into the fund raising events - Team Managers must come to
meetings starting with AGM next month Team Managers meeting (Jim)

11/12 Club Sponsor/Premier sponsor £3000, this year £1000
11/12 Match Sponsors £1500, this year £875 and no-one being invited a game all season. (I
have no idea what David means re the number of people organising it. All he needs to do is get
them a date and invite them - not difficult!!!)
11/12 Signs £700, this year £500
11/12 www. advert zero, this year £100
2 Still not seen any more Senior subs. Getting towards the end of the season and cannot see
why they don't pay
3 Fundraising this year - only activity so far is Bag pack. Ball may make money but was not
organised with this in mind. Very poor year only

5 VAT only invoices sent out totalling £1700. Received £850 so will need to pay over £850

15/16 June need a good workforce, look to see if we can improve the
clubhouse. See what grants are available to do some improvements and tidy up the clubhouse
- look to see if we can get a pub where we can get furniture D Broadley

The club will offer Camping & caravan facilities £20.00/ pitch - need to set out plan of site and
plan pitches, look at BBQ & Le Tour Disco
We will need Doorman at the show
Lee F outlined a plan to create an alliance of local Sports clubs to help each other with events
etc, this will be developed over the coming months - On the radar

Coaching kit - ruck bags tackle sausage
Sponsorship must come into the club - all teams need to be encouraged to find
sponsors and work for the good of the club, all must be sanctioned by the Treasurer this all
needs to be sorted with Sponsors RP - seniors awards next sat
