The U 16's playing for U 17's will move to other clubs unless they can play for U 16's Jim Chapman will assist Richard Pearson for the 1st team still need more older players to be involved for grunt factor, the team will be in a better position than 12 months ago.- need to get more monitoring and getting the head coaches to be skilled up. Have we got the right people in the right slots? Define Head Coach role better - encourage more to go on courses Pete Taylor to check rules on playing down for U16's NEW CCC Define Head Coach role 6. LF doing bid for Sport England Inspired Facilities bid £50k CT looking at various pots that we can tap into best case scenario is £900K is achievable. Must have a clear plan in slick & professional manor. DTP Next meeting Rugby Force £250.00 15/16 June need a good workforce, look to see if we can improve the clubhouse. See what grants are available to do some improvements and tidy up the clubhouse - look to see if we can get a pub where we can get furniture D Broadley None The club will offer Camping & caravan facilities £20.00/ pitch - need to set out plan of site and plan pitches, look at BBQ & Le Tour Disco We will need Doorman at the show Lee F outlined a plan to create an alliance of local Sports clubs to help each other with events etc, this will be developed over the coming months - On the radar P Taylor - Portcabin need to get one sorted and plumbed in (D Broadley) Coaching kit - ruck bags tackle sausage Sponsorship must come into the club - all teams need to be encouraged to find sponsors and work for the good of the club, all must be sanctioned by the Treasurer this all needs to be sorted with Sponsors RP - seniors awards next sat JC - award ceremony on 12th 10.30a.m JC to put details on www 7,8,9,10, = 10 mins 11, 12 15 mins 12:00 food 1:00 13,14,15,17 20 mins need acoustics Summer grass cutting Ian Burdon / Gary Simpson (Ian Woodman) BS should we introduce a man of the match award - we would like to see it with all the teams.
