[email protected] 6 Virtual Forum HRSA’s Changes and Virtual Forum HRSA will be changing the PIF and ER (but not yet) Virtual Forum will be working with HRSA to update their system with HRSA’s new data tools. (but not yet) 7 Virtual Forum Next Year we will use Virtual Forum to collect our data, but will be using the ERs and PIFs you all know and love! July 1st 10 Regional Website The new Regional Website will replace the old site. But the URL will remain the same – www.matec.info The administrative site content will be moved into this new regional site as well, but not by 7/1. Probably later in the summer. 11 Regional Website LPSs will still be able to use their own websites. We are using the regional site to tell the story of what we do as a region. 12 Regional Website 13 Regional Website 14 Regional Website 15 Regional Website Next Year we will use the new regional website to display programs we are putting on and tell the story of how our program is transforming. 16 Technology @ MATEC The new guidance means that selfdirected webinars can now be counted as programs in our data. 17 Technology @ MATEC We will use our existing Adobe Connect account to create these self directed courses and collect PIF data. Central Office’s expectation is that all LPSs learn to use Adobe Connect They can then be hosted on the regional website 18 Technology @ MATEC Slack A real-time chat client we have been using at CO for a few months Designed for distributed teams like our Conversations persist so are available to others with the same questions Our Slack - https://matec.slack.com/ 19 Technology @ MATEC So we face new challenges How do we deal with them? 20 Technology @ MATEC How do we change the attitude at MATEC from one where we are suspicious of technology to one where we embrace it?
