How to fix up missing Athletes in Bulk Renew February 2017 If an athlete has missing mailing address, they will not display in the bulk renew…. • • • • • • In Club Admin Home, please select ‘Club List’ Search for the athlete who is not displaying in the bulk renew Click on the athlete’s name to display their Athlete record. Under the ‘My Address’ header, please click on the Mailing link in the blue ribbon. This record will be empty which is why you will not be able to view this record in the bulk renew. To fix this issue, please click on the pen icon. A pop up window will appear. Please enter information into this window and then select the Save & Close button. If an athlete has missing location address, they will not display in the bulk renew…. • • • • • In Club Admin Home, please select ‘Club List’ Search for the athlete who is not displaying in the bulk renew Click on the athlete’s name to display their Athlete record. Under the ‘My Address’ header, you will only see a Mailing address and not a location address. Please raise a support ticket to [email protected] so we can correct this record for you.
