The Assessment: Process
• The assessment would be conducted by
an independent evaluator.
• The DP-PAF also allows for peer
performance review among DPs.
• Parliament and civil society would play a
role in this assessment to encourage
“open and frank dialogue” on the results
The Assessment: Process (2)
Engage the independent evaluator:
• to conduct the review of DP performance in 2010
against the indicators set out in the DP-PAF
matrix;
• update the matrix for 2012 and 2013 by refining or
setting new targets if necessary;
• improve the process of monitoring DPs as well as
the dialogue platform.
