Dear Friend, This October 26-30, I will be participating in Courage in Motion 2014, a cycling event in support of the more than 50,000 disabled veterans and victims of terror who have been wounded while defending the State of Israel. Beit Halochem Centres in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa, Nahariya and Beer Sheva ensure that the injured and their families receive the help they need and deserve in order to return to productive and fulfilling lives. These Centres boast an array of exceptional rehabilitative services including: physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, therapeutic devices, specialized equipment, sport coaching and cultural activities. I will join an international group of cyclists in Israel and ride 50-120 kilometres per day alongside Israel’s wounded heroes. My goal in this journey is to raise funds primarily for the extensive tandem and hand biking programs at Beit Halochem, as well as to show my personal commitment to these heroes. I hope that you will support Israel's disabled veterans by making a donation on my behalf to the Courage in Motion bike ride. Tax receiptable donations can be made by cash, cheque or credit card. If you would like to make a credit card donation online, please visit www.courageinmotion.dojiggy.com Donations can also be made by cheque payable to "Beit Halochem Canada" and mailed to: Beit Halochem Canada, Aid to Disabled Veterans of Israel 1600 Steeles Ave. W, Suite 219 Concord, ON L4K 4M2 Please note my name with the cheque so that the donation is credited to me. On behalf of the disabled veterans in Israel, thank you for your support.
