AdmissionsStandards
Admissioniscompetitiveandbasedonthequality
oftheoverallapplication.Ifyouarenotan
undergraduatepsychologymajor,aminimumof15
semesterhoursofundergraduatepsychology
courseworkisrequired,includingintroductory
psychology,statisticsandresearchmethodsin
psychology(oratwo-coursesequenceinresearch
methodsinpsychology).Anundergraduategrade
pointaverageof3.2ona4.0scaleisdesirable(both
cumulativeandinpsychology),asisaminimum
scoreGREscoreof300forthecombinedverbaland
quantitativesections.Successfulapplicants
typicallyexceedtheminimumGPAandGRE
requirements.
